Google fixes Pixel and Pixel XL charging issue with latest update, active edge display

In August, when Android Pie was in beta mode, some Google pixels and Google Pixel XL smartphones on the program lost their fast charging. There was hope to fix this issue

The latest monthly patch resolves the problem with third-party USB-PD adapter and phone, although this issue is also present in the original chargers. Updates for Pixel 2 - they are fixing Android Auto stability and "Better performance for some protected media formats".

The update is already rolling on all pixel phones, so the end of your slow charging torture is near.

Google Pixel 3 will retain the Active Edge feature that was part of the Pixel 2 series. The phone will be globally launched on October 9 and could lead to Pixel's debut in Japan.

Google has posted a promotional video of its upcoming Pixel 3 in Japan. 9to5 Reported by Google, the video shows that the company teases its 'active edge' feature, which was also seen in the Pixel 2 series. Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL will be launched globally on a program on October 9.

Pixel 3 has been uploaded on the teaser page created for the launch of the phone in Japan. This page represents the importance of 'squeezing' in Japanese culture, from handshake to neck and squash.

As a known, Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL design have 'Active Ez', which activates Google Helper if the user squeezes on the edges. This feature was first seen on HTC phones for the first time. According to the video,

 the same feature will be done on Pixel 3 with the exact same function. Google's latest video is also a historic site because 9to5Google reports that the company will launch its smartphone in Japan with Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL.

This teaser also plays on black, white, green and pink colors through video characters' attire and display on objects.

 Previous leaks have suggested that in addition to the black and white options, pixel 3 and pixel 3 xl can be launched in the mint green color variants as well as pink options. Although in many parts of the video any blue and yellow color can be applied, it is not known whether pixel 3 series phones will be available in these colors.

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL could have been longer than their previous iterations, the latter was expected to play a featured screen. 

These phones will run Snapdragon 845, and Android 9 will be based on Pie, although other details will remain sketches, as well, both phones can expect a double front camera, although they will ship with a single rear sensor.

 Both Pixel 3XL and Pixel 3 can also have a fingerprint scanner, which will be located on the rear side.
