The Donald Trump Government of America has proposed to make changes in the H-1B registration process. In this,

 the American Masters degree is said to be given a visa in the visa. If this happens then Indian IT companies will cut the visas given to serve American clients.

The US General Services Administration has said in a note that it is thinking of making a change in the visa selection process under the 'Bye American and Higher American' policy.

 This proposal was first introduced in 2011. Its purpose was to improve the selection process of the H1-B application. US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has the right to grant visas to migrants.

The note said, "This change will increase the prospect of getting visas for those who have a Master's degree in America."

 America offers 65,000 H-1B visas to skilled professionals every year. Apart from this, 20 thousand visas are given to migrants who receive a Masters Degree or higher education from America.

  Usually, the agency first considers the visa application of the master's degree and then offers the remaining applications to the General Pool.

In the proposed rule, USCIS will keep all applicants in 65 thousand visa pools. After the end of this limit, applications for those who hold an advanced degree will be sent to the visa pool of 20 thousand.

 According to the sources of the Department of Homeland Security, the American political news site Politico said that according to the government, 15 percent of those who receive higher education from the US can get a visa.

Indian IT companies mostly hire those who hold bachelor degrees. That's why they can reduce the potential visa quota. 

Some IT companies are already facing a decrease in margins due to strict visa rules. To make American clients work they have to hire more US citizens. 

This has increased their cost. They are giving contracts on other contracts to other companies because they have difficulty in increasing local hiring.

Infosys told analysts after the results of the September quarter, "Our margins have reduced by 0.50% for giving jobs to other companies, on-site localization, and investment."

 Regardless of the huge weakness in the rupee, the company's margin remained flat in the last quarter, while generally there is a margin increase.
